I was given a discount bonus because I contacted them to find out what was happening with my delivery because I hadn’t received it but when I received an email explaining that it was late because of delays in shipping under European import laws and the ship stuck out at sea, I sort of understood there predicament and just wanted to know when it was arriving but as a goodwill gesture they gave me an E-gift card so I will definitely use them again
